Shenzhen Dituo Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 2011. It is a national high-tech enterprise and Guangdong Province specialized and new enterprise that integrates original design, independent research and development, mold manufacturing, product production, and sales.
For over 16 years, Dituo Electronics has been focusing on the research and development, and manufacturing of high-frequency ultrasonic atomization modules, aromatherapy diffuser, humidifiers, essential oil nebulizer, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and other related fields. We have a total of 132 patents both domestically and internationally, including 53 utility model patents, 67 design patents, and 12 invention patents. The designs are inspired by people's pursuit of lifestyle and fashion trends, adhering to avant-garde design concepts and ultimate user experience. Our products are widely used in various scenes including home life, offices, star hotels, scenic spots, yoga studios, cafes, beauty salons, shopping malls, brand chain stores, car 4S flagship stores, and camping outdoors.
Dituo Electronics' factory is located in Xinqiao Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City. It covers an area of 12,000 square meters including a research and production base with a 500-square-meter laboratory center, a 2,000-square-meter mold manufacturing workshop, and over 300 self-owned molds. Our factory is adjacent to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, with superior geographical location and developed transportation. It only takes a 20-minute drive to the airport, making it convenient fordomestic and foreign customers to visit and guide the factory.
Dituo Electronics has complete enterprise qualifications and have passed quality management system certifications such as ISO9001:2015, BSCI, GMP, and CoC. Our products have a variety of export certifications including CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, FCC ID, and power source UL, ETL, GS, PSE, SAA, KC, etc.
Dituo Electronics has sufficient personnel and strong technical strength, with a professional R&D team consisting of 10 engineers, including 5 structural engineers, 3 electronic engineers, and 2 ID designers, as well as over 200 experienced front-line workers. On average, we launch 2-3 new products every quarter. In addition to OEM production, we also provides ODM new product development services for customers.
Dituo Electronics's maximum monthly production capacity can reach 300,000 units, and our shipment volume have ranked among the top three in the industry for many years. Our factory includes incoming inspection workshop, production workshop, laser engraving workshop, fully automatic injection molding workshop, laboratory, etc. Our production workshop is equipped with 7 assembly lines, aging lines, automatic packaging lines, and other facilities.
There is a team of 15 professional quality control engineers who strictly control the entire production process and quickly and effectively solve quality problems. We have purchased more than 20 types of professional testing equipment, including high and low-temperature testing equipment, salt spray testers, pan-tilt torque testers, airtightness testing devices, noise testers, etc. Our products undergo more than ten quality inspections from raw materials to finished products. In terms of production processes and quality control, they strictly follow international standards and pass international testing standards. To ensure high-quality output, all products undergo 100% aging tests, drop tests, OCCT, and simulated transportation tests before leaving the factory, with a 100% qualified rate.
In 2015, Dituo Electronics pioneered the wooden grain aromatherapy diffuser style, which won the No.1 export sales volume that year and gained an 80% market share in the North American aromatherapy diffuser market through creative hot-selling products such as "vase wooden grain aromatherapy diffuser" and "onion wooden grain aromatherapy diffuser." The same year, our independently designed "vase wooden grain aromatherapy diffuser" won the Red Dot Best Design Award and the China Manufacturing Beauty Best Design Award. In 2017, we introduced graffitiintelligent APP into aromatherapy diffuser, becoming the first company in the industry to combine aromatherapy diffuser with smart APP and obtaining the qualification as a Guangdong Province High-Tech Enterprise in 2018.
Currently, our products are not only popular in 23 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, as well as Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan but also exported to 75 countries and regions, including Europe, USA, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Japan, and South Korea. Our products have appeared on major domestic and foreign e-commerce platforms and offline physical stores of chain supermarkets, making us a high-quality partner for practitioners in the fragrance industry. We have accumulated over 500 customers, including cooperative brands such as OA, Victsing, Anjou, Natio, Taotronics, ASAKUKI, ZWILLING, NITORI, IN ESSENCE, AVON, and MELALEUCA. The export volume accounts for 85% of the total output value. Meanwhile, we also provide one-stop services for gift customization companies and have received high praise from customers.
