What's Different About Ultrasonic Portable Humidifiers?

2025 07/04

Portable rattan diffuser for home, usb rattan diffuser for office, and small rattan Aroma Diffuser are all designed to bring a touch of natural elegance into any space. These compact devices blend seamlessly with modern decor while offering the benefits of Essential Oil diffusion. Whether placed in a living room, workspace, or bedroom, each unit is crafted to enhance the atmosphere with soothing scents and a calming presence. The unique combination of lightweight materials and traditional rattan design makes these diffusers not only functional but also a stylish addition to any interior.

The technical essence of material differences
1. Composite structure of rattan aromatherapy
Shell:
Natural rattan (such as Indonesian rattan) is carbonized (carbon content increased to 85%) to form a microporous structure (pore size 50-100μm), which is both breathable and mildew-proof.
The surface coating uses water-based polyurethane (thickness 20±5μm), which improves wear resistance (friction coefficient reduced from 0.6 to 0.3) while maintaining the natural texture.
Liner:
The ceramic water storage tank (alumina content ≥95%) is formed by isostatic pressing, with a density of 2.3g/cm³ and a thermal conductivity of 0.8W/m·K, which can reduce the heat conduction from the atomizer to the shell.
The joint between the rattan and the ceramic uses a silicone seal (Shore hardness 40±5), which maintains elasticity in an environment of -20℃ to 80℃, and the leakage rate is <0.01ml/h.
2. Full plasticization design of plastic aromatherapy
Shell:
ABS+PC alloy plastic (ABS accounts for 70%, PC accounts for 30%), and the soft and hard materials are integrated through a two-color injection molding process (hardness difference of 30 Shore D), taking into account both grip comfort and structural strength.
The surface adopts UV light curing coating (thickness 15±3μm), and the scratch resistance is improved by 5 times (pencil hardness ≥3H).
Internal structure:
The water storage tank uses copolymer polypropylene (CPP), which is 200% more resistant to essential oil corrosion than ordinary PP (no cracks in 240 hours in limonene environment).
The atomizer bracket is made of PEEK plastic (continuous use temperature 260℃) to avoid the decrease in atomization efficiency caused by high temperature deformation.

Physical mechanism of atomization performance

1. Energy conversion path of rattan models
Piezoelectric effect:
The atomizer (diameter 16mm, thickness 0.3mm) produces longitudinal vibration (amplitude 5±1μm) under the action of 1.7MHz alternating current, and converts electrical energy into mechanical energy through the inverse piezoelectric effect.
The low thermal conductivity of the ceramic liner stabilizes the surface temperature of the atomizer at 40-45℃, avoiding the pyrolysis of essential oils (decomposition temperature>100℃).
Cavitation effect:
Vibration produces microbubbles (diameter 1-10μm) in water, which produce local high pressure (>100MPa) when collapsing, breaking down the macromolecules (C10-C20) of essential oils into small molecules (C5-C8), improving diffusion efficiency.

2. Fluid mechanics optimization of plastic models
Air duct design:
The bionic shark skin structure (surface micro-groove width 20μm, depth 10μm) is adopted to reduce wind resistance by 30%, and increase the spray speed of fog particles to 1.2m/s (0.8m/s for rattan models).
The angle of the fog outlet is adjustable (30°-90°), and the deposition distance of fog particles is controlled by the Bernoulli principle (the fixed angle of the rattan model leads to a limited deposition range).
Atomization stability:
The cylindrical design of the plastic water storage tank (length-to-diameter ratio 2:1) reduces the fluctuation amplitude of the water surface by 40%, and the fluctuation of the atomization amount is <5% (the rattan model fluctuates by 15% due to uneven water absorption of the rattan).
